Description
Summary: this is an unused, nasty nice short-bladed A1 subhilt fighter made by the late Enedino DeLeon. This knife has an 5" double-edged blade (upper clip sharpened back approx. 3-1/2”), brass guards, and two color scales (maroon and black) on a non-tapering tang with white tang liners. It's a fabulous looking small fighter, overall length is 9-3/4". The blade is perfect with original edges, overall excellent+++ or better condition with just light wipe marks and patina on the brass hardware.
The sheath is presumably original to the knife and has never been on a belt. Maker unknown (sterile), the sheath is in excellent condition with light scuffs / handling marks and a dent at the throat from past knife storage.
6 photos for review – as shown, a new black canvas carry case is included. This is a very interesting DeLeon model – these short-bladed subhilt A1's less common than those in the 6 to 8 inch blade lengths. This one's total eye candy with two color pinned micarta scales, priced to sell and a great knife for collection / investment purposes. Thanks and good luck.
